be enjoyed right to the very last drop! Our team of wine
professionals have a fresh, unstuffy approach, which will help
you do exactly that. We hold events for companies and individuals
who want a personalised service and to learn and explore through
enjoyment. Sniff and Spit offers tailor made wine courses and team
events that cannot fail to break the ice and bring people together. There is simply no better way to launch a new company or product, to help build team spirit, to say thank you, or simply celebrate. So why don’t you have a seriously fun time and hold a Sniff and Spit wine tasting?

Sniff and Spit was established in 1997 in Australia by Rebecca Dunphy, whilst studying her Masters at the prestigious Roseworthy Agricultural College, Adelaide. Rebecca started out as a translator for the EU where she was bitten by the wine bug. She holds professional Sommelier qualifications from Italy, the British Wine & Spirit Education Trust Diploma and a Masters in Wine Making and Marketing from Roseworthy, Australia. She has written for The Masters of Wine Journal and The Australian and New Zealand Industry Journal and as a researcher and curator, helped create Vinopolis - City of Wine. For the last three years, Rebecca has been running wine events and tastings for the highly-regarded Balls Brothers of London.
